Shipping and Returns


Orders will be shipped via the most cost effective manner. ( e.g. UPS, USPS, etc...)

Returns / Exchanges:

 Since 1961, San Mateo Electronics, Inc. ( has had a no return or exchange policy.

It is with this policy that we can guarantee that ALL our products are new and unused by anyone else prior to your purchase.

As most of the products lend themselves to being experimented with, this leaves them susceptible to being used, or worse, miss-used by others.

With this being said, we understand that occasionally a product may be defective direct from the manufacturer.

If an item is deemed "defective" we will repair or replace the item (at our discretion).

A defective item will only be accepted with an Authorized RMA.
